I recently relocated to the area from Minneapolis. I called the clinic because my dog was ill and was asked if I was an existing patient. When I said no, that I has just moved to the area form Minneapolis, I was told I couldn't get an appointment for a month. When I pointed out that my dog was sick today, the receptionist very snottily replied that they have enough problems serving their current clients. What a jerk!
