We recently moved and we needed a vet to trim the nails on our 15 yo dog with mobility issues. The first front desk person was kind and respectful (she was closer to the door). She stepped out to find out how long was going to be our wait. Things turned south when the 2nd lady approached us while we were waiting. This 2nd lady said: "nail trims are $37, can you do it?" The entire staff and doctor were wonderful! Sadly, I had to make the difficult decision to put my 18-year-old cat to sleep. Their compassion during this time meant a lot to me. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a vet who genuinely cares for their clients.
My Sister has used this place alot. They are so amazing.
