Mackenzie is the best receptionist. Dr Martin is the best vet! The techs are thorough and friendly and really try to make your pet at ease as they're doing the exam. Wonderful experience, and the prices reflect the amazing care the team provides.
Dr Martin takes care of Pocus and me as a first time cat owner. The team is kind caring and answers all my questions.
Honestly, one of the worst vets I have ever been to in a really long time. And good luck getting them on the phone... they never actually answer and will very rarely actually return any voicemail that you leave them. Also, they are much more expensive than other vets I have found, and they don't really seem to care much about anything other than money.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I brought my cat in for breathing issues. They did an x-ray. When they called me back there was no compassion or bedside manner from the vet. Getting information was like ‘pulling teeth’. No information was offered and if I did not think to ask the right questions she didn’t offer any information. They don’t answer the phone.
