very dedicated, caring environment We have taken our pets to lakeside animal hospital for the past 20 years. Dr. McKenna always has the patience to explain everything fully to make sure you understand what he is doing or what is wrong. he is truly compasionate and caring and friendly. Dr. McKenna and his great staff. We moved to Metairie about four years ago. We choose Dr. McKenna due to the proximity of our home. As it turns out, he is the best vet we ever experienced. One of our dogs tore out her stitched four times. Dr, M never thought twice about repairing the damage and at no charge. Kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and friendly are all-descriptive of this doctor. His staff is friendly and helpful. Genuine Care and Love for Pets We have been taking our dogs to Dr. McKenna for years. We live in Covington and travel to Metairie b/c there is just no comparison anywhere else. Dr. McKenna treats your pets like his own, he is wonderful, caring and gnetle. We would never go anywhere else!
Vet With A Heart Of Gold This Veterinarian is not only friendly but goes the extra mile to make sure your pet is taken care of in any way he can. He is more loving and compassionate then any Vet I have ever known. His staff is always very helpful in any way they can be. Whether it is a simply question or a more complex situation they will help you and will reassure you and help with any problem you might have. They send out a 6 month and 1 year update card to let you know when you need to bring in your beloved pet.
