I see Brandi Williams, M.S., CCC-A Clinical Audiologist - for my hearing aids and follow-ups after. She's sweet, listens to my concerns, and understanding. They work well with my schedules and so their best to make sure I have a replacement/loaner pair of aids while mine are in repair. She has been with me the for years, and now on my 2nd pair of hearing aids thru them.
I’m very disappointed with the communication and follow-up from this ENT office. I received my MRI results over a month ago, and since then I have called the office about twice a week trying to get clarification and discuss the results with the doctor. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful follow-up. The office left one voicemail stating that the results were normal, but when I contacted the MRI center where the test was performed, they told me there was something that should be discussed further with my doctor. ... read more
I have truly never had an experience at a doctors office like I did here at Lakeside Allergy ENT. The wait times are terrible and the staff is beyond disrespectful. The overall atmosphere of this office is negative and unwelcoming. I’ve seen Dr. West before and he is great but both times I’ve been, I’ve waited an hour to be seen. This time, I ended up leaving after an hour without being seen due to the extremely poor manners of the staff. I will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone start coming here. Dr. West was extremely helpful in explaining everything and answering questions and taking extra time to help us figure out exactly what the problems were and how we can work to resolve them!
Terrible communication across the board. From the front desk to billing, just bad at communicating with the client.
