I had my cat Zoey, (Zoe-Zoe) for 10 yrs. I moved to LAKESHORE VILLA after downsizing from my home of 32 yrs. It took me 9 months to find a place to reside. I could not take Zoey with me at the time. Zoey stayed close to my old home and in the neighborhood. The day I signed on the line for my new residence, I went to pick up my “Much Love”, Zoey. Zoey was still there, and I brought her to LAKESHORE VILLA home with me. She has been Spayed as well as Microchipped. She wore a collar. She stayed close and in the backyard near ... read more
Lawn Service/Maintenance problems, numerous unwarranted citations, extensive sewage problems that administration blames on the tenant, bogus violations. Lot Rent extremely high for the services and amenities received. As the previous reviewer said, run don't walk from Lakeshore Villa. I wish I had!
If you are looking for a place to live, keep on looking! This is the worse place to live. There is a huge feral cat problem at lease 30 cat live under the mobile home next to me, the office and park will do nothing about it. The humane society said they have taken out dozens of cats but get no cooperation from the park or it’s employees. The office said that one woman is the problem and they are waiting for her to die, than they will take down her home and put a new one in its place ( a really good plan, really how abou... read more
