Mold in house after 1 year purchase. DO NOT BUY IN THIS AREA WITHOUT A PROPER MOLD INSPECTOR. PLEASE, THIS IS FOR YOUR HEALTH. The subdivision doesn’t care. Also, do not sign anything if there is damage. They will say they will initial to ensure your work in the future but it’s a bluff. If you purchase with exterior problems, they won’t get fixed within your warranty timeframe on purpose. Don’t fall for the illusion.
Our HOA fees go towards making the community common areas look nice and presentable. Areas such as Phase I have streets with cracks and potholes that are ignored, a fake guard shack that is slowly falling apart, trees lining the entrance that are in terrible need of trimming, and the list goes on. The agreement states that security/patrol is what we pay for. However, 2 parked security cars randomly appear and are ALWAYS VACANT. For the fees we pay, this is a disgrace.
