Estaba buscando una dirección y por casualidad llegué a este lugar que me pareció increíble , muy bonito y la construcción de sus casas muy lujosas y espaciosas, creo que deben de explorar los posibles compradores.
This neighborhood sucks. You pay $700 in HOA fees and can’t even use the pool if you don’t get pool access before Friday. Pool is only open for like 2 months out of 12 when it’s 90 degrees for like 10 months. Dr Horton houses suck and always have some problem. Especially humidity issues here in the south. Do not buy in this neighborhood.
I have lived in Lakeshore village for almost 2 years now. I love my house and the neighborhood. Austin was my sales representative and he was simply awesome. It is peaceful and quiet back here, Fortunately I have not had any problems with my house. I am hoping the neighborhood remains the same. I was a little hesitant about moving into an hoa community however I haven't experienced any issues with them, I keep my yard cut, keep my landscaping clean and we'll manicured and so does all my neighbors.
