This neighborhood sucks. You pay $700 in HOA fees and can’t even use the pool if you don’t get pool access before Friday. Pool is only open for like 2 months out of 12 when it’s 90 degrees for like 10 months. Dr Horton houses suck and always have some problem. Especially humidity issues here in the south. Do not buy in this neighborhood.
I have lived in Lakeshore village for almost 2 years now. I love my house and the neighborhood. Austin was my sales representative and he was simply awesome. It is peaceful and quiet back here, Fortunately I have not had any problems with my house. I am hoping the neighborhood remains the same. I was a little hesitant about moving into an hoa community however I haven't experienced any issues with them, I keep my yard cut, keep my landscaping clean and we'll manicured and so does all my neighbors. Awesome experience!!!! I had a few snags on this 5/3. But still got it done closing date 6/19
Mold in house after 1 year purchase. DO NOT BUY IN THIS AREA WITHOUT A PROPER MOLD INSPECTOR. PLEASE, THIS IS FOR YOUR HEALTH. The subdivision doesn’t care. Also, do not sign anything if there is damage. They will say they will initial to ensure your work in the future but it’s a bluff. If you purchase with exterior problems, they won’t get fixed within your warranty timeframe on purpose. Don’t fall for the illusion.
