Terrible experience at this office. Had to pre pay as a new customer $72. Had 9 am appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, waited in a room till 9:30 until I had enough and left. No vet in sight and no explanation why. They do not care about you and your pet, just the money. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go!
I had a very disappointing experience this morning and would never recommend LVH to anyone. I made an appointment last week for 9 am today and had to prepay $72 plus 3% credit card fee before the time was booked. I arrived 10 minutes early and was placed in a room and waited for a vet that never showed up. I finally had enough, and left at 9:30 am.The office had also sent me a text the day before stating if you are a no show, you will be billed $35. Having moved to the area, we had an appointment for a new doggy patient check-up. Then suddenly our older dog quite eating, wobbled and was disoriented. Called them, and even though they had never seen her, they worked her in for the next morning. They were so helpful!!! Got her in early next morning, all the staff was so kind and friendly. I have been taking my animals to Lakeshore for the past three years. I am currently requesting their records to be sent to our new veterinarian. This vet doesn’t seem to care much about your animals. She is always out of the office or never is available during the hours that are posted on their website. Takes days to get your animal in to be seen. This office was not like this back in early 2018. Dr. Ronnie Meer was there and she was phenomenal. It seems like the current vet favors certain clients and will go out of her way.... read more
