Old as hell
This is a great marina with great people! It's nice & quiet & peaceful. Everyone is very respectful of each other. Everyone helps everyone. It's like a small, friendly neighborhood. The staff is really good at putting together social events. The marina is walking distance to the downtown area. The amenities of the condo building are awesome...heated pool, underground parking, exercise room, recreation room, newly updated bathrooms with showers and 2 party rooms. It is a money pit. So much work needs to be done from neglect. The HOA is a joke seems to make rules up as they go. If you are looking to throw money away then this is your place.
