Horrible ! I called a head to see if I would be able to get in and out with a tire patch , I was told yes . I left for work and hour and 15 minutes to allow time for repair and drive time from Petoskey. I got there and checked in , employees were arguing like toddlers . Didn't get to my vehicle till at least 9:40 after showing up there at 9:20 , employees were still arguing about who was doing what job and tattling on each other vehicle was being ignored .
