Do not waste your time as a new patient. After agreeing to take my daughter on as a client and scheduling her an appointment, they cancelled it without proper explanation. I’ve reached out and left messages asking for the reason and have not contacted back. Now I’m on the search for another counselor and it will be longer before my daughter is seen. Skip this step and find a different place.
Started coming here about 2 months ago. Lakeshore was able to get me in right away. I was struggling with COVID issues etc....I have a great professional therapist that has offered much insight, understanding , support and empathy at a very desperate time. Thank you..I gave 4 🌟 because I would rather be face to face with my therapist.

Patient for around ayear suddenly no appointments available. Then some errors with there appointments and no working with the patient. Recommend finding somewhere else.
Lakeshore therapy provides exceptional and compassionate care for all of your counseling needs and across a wide range of ages. The office is very accommodating and they genuinely care about each and every client. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeshore Therapy.
