I had a great experience with this company! All the staff was friendly and happy to help. The technician that came, Kenny, answered all my questions in a kind and knowledgeable way. Great all around.
I honestly can not rave enough about this company! When we first moved in we learned our septic hasn't been pumped in over 10 years this company came right out day of because we had water backing up into our home. Fast forward to today we are having some plumbing issues so we call again to have it pumped. This time I wasn't able to get into the yard and dig the distribution box out. Had my tanks pumped 2 weeks ago… I have (2) tanks, 1000gal & 800gal… Driver charged me for (2) 1000gal tanks when I corrected him and even offered to show him the survey he said: “Take it up with the office”… Also, I left hoses out for him to rinse the tank which he never did and dragged suction hoses across the lawn leaving a pretty little sewage line… Do yourself a favor, Use Meyers Septic which I used to use and never had a problem… I guess you “Live & Learn…
