They don’t take good care of their patients that are in long term care. The facility is beautiful but the staff is not as friendly as I thought they would be. My moms care was not what I expected from a upscale facility. It was disappointing to see the type of care the long term patients were receiving. I have observed them not being fed properly on a routine basis. My mom was not turned every two hours as required. The necessary fall precautions are not in place as they should be for patients that are not mobile.
