UPDATE TO BELOW: So I’ve decided that the added fee is worth the money. It covers rodents and other damage so I did rent a unit. I don’t think I’ll be renting. I don’t agree with the need for added protection fees. If the facility is under surveillance and gated, I’ve never had problems in the past. Still undecided.

Very nice and clean storage facility. The process of renting from them was super easy and their communication is very quick. I will definitely use them again and Highly recommend them.
