I have tried to resolve an issue with my prescription for over a MONTH. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages. If I am lucky to speak claim they will give me a call back after speaking with the Dr. Andrea McCullum Mejia. There has not been 1 call back. The last time I called and said would take the day off and wait in the office. Then the receptionist informed me that Dr. Mejia is moving and a new physician will be in the office. It took 15+ calls to get an appointment at this office. My husband finally had to go in person to get someone to schedule an appointment for me after two months of trying to get someone to return my call. After all that, the doctor needed to reschedule my appointment. The appointment itself was fine, and then I was notified a month later that the physician is out of network, despite the office supposedly confirming ahead of time with my insurance. There was also zero air conditioning in the building during my appointment.
I went to several different doctors and could not be diagnosed. I finally went to Dr. McCullum and she found out my problem. She is such an amazing doctor and person. Great staff too .
If you're in the need of a rheumatologist, look no further, Dr. McCullum is the best of the best! She is very knowledgeable, gentle and a great doctor all around. Her staff is just as great as she is. Everyone is pleasant and her office is clean and welcoming. She's my very own angel here on earth. 😇🙏
