If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not bill properly then send an account to collections that is still being reviewed by insurance. Then tell you NO when asked for a supervisor. And continued over talking.

I also have had this same experience with this facility. I never got a statement and all of a sudden I get a call from collections. I don’t even think Lakeshore Radiology even submitted my info through my insurance! And trying to call them is also a terrible experience.

Awful billing practice. My bill went to an address I hadn't lived at in years even though it was updated with the clinic and hospital. When it didn't get paid they sent it to collections. When you try and call to make sure they have the right number you can't actually reach anyone.

Poor billing practices. I missed my payment because apparently my bill went to an old address. The next bill comes to me from a collection agency and dropped off by the people who bought our house! I tried to call them to give my correct address for any future bills and I was told to let the collection agency know! That makes no sense!

Poor business practice. They send you ONE invoice... due date "Upon Receipt" and never a follow up. No second bill, no phone call. 60 days later you get a statement from a collection agency. Seriously! 2020 in the middle of a pandemic and every day life is chaos, and you can't do a customer the courtesy of a 2nd statement or phone call to remind the customer of what is obviously an oversight, rather you send them to collections? Look at my previous payment history... NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. Would have taken care of the overs... read more
