So, when I say my hot tub wasn’t working, I’m not kidding around. The lights came on, some bubbles bubbled, but it just wouldn’t heat! It stayed stuck in one error code loop. Constantly. I reached out to find help & met a world of incompetence and overpriced bad attitudes as far as I could see. Excellent company to do business with. They are not looking to make a quick one time buck but rather to provide great service and foster a long term service relationship. Jared took care of the scheduling and quotation and Robbie came out and professionally executed the installation of the parts. He also made a recommendation that saved me approx. most $260. Will definitely call them again should anything happen to my hot tub.
