Super helpful staff and one stop convenience shop
I just want to express how amazing the service team has been. Today Robbie came out to do an (almost emergency) level empty and clean mid winter service. He was friendly, professional and efficient and helped me to understand my model and the cleaning protocol better. Also to take it one step further, I received a detailed follow up with fresh start-up chemical protocol for the newly cleaned tub and fresh water state from Jared. Always great service. Super knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you have, even the dumb ones (of a first time swim spa owner). Would not go anywhere else for my swim spa/hot tub needs.
Hot tub pump died and my visit to Lakeshore was invaluable. Got the parts I needed together with amazing advice for installation and how to replace my dying UV filter with an ionizer for higher quality water chemistry management. Much to my shock, I found out that I've been given a lot of inaccurate information about my hot tub over the years and I learned so much from the gentleman at Lakeshore. I will definitely be back!
