Josuah has been at my house twice within the last 3 months and all I can say that this is the kind of technician you want in your house. He cleaned up after the job to as good as it was before. Highly recommend him.
Loved my experience. The agent that visited was very knowledgeable and explained to me the steps. Was aware of what was covered in my warranty and was up front. Even offered to take old materials for proper disposal.
They misdiagnosed our issue and submitted it to your insurance company. Within 30 days I was able to prove that their diagnosis was incorrect. I called probably 12 times over a weeks time to initiate a recall invoice. No answer. Our home warranty service tried calling them, no answer. Voicemails were left, no returned calls. Took our money and ghosted. You’ll be much better off contacting a different service.
