Weeks to months late for the last 2 years. Both putting the pier in and taking it out. Over a month late getting it in earlier this year. Still waiting on my Mother-in-laws pier to be removed over a month and a half after they said they would come. I get it, we’re all busy. Just stop lying about when your coming and tell us to go f ourselves. I’m sure they’re great on one lake somewhere and everyone else suffers. Boo

RecommendedSo impressed with the service! Our cable broke on our boat lift and they were out to see it three hours later, had the parts ordered and installed less then 24 hours later! Wow, didn’t even loose a day of boating time! Thank you Lakeshore!!
