The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE at the Hamburg office.My fiancé had an apt and he wanted me in the room with him to hear whats going on, as they called him back the staff slammed the door in my face behind him....not just at the Orthopedic office but also in the radiology dept offices too. I have never in my life seen or experienced such horribly rude "medical professionals" in my life, and I've been a CNA for over 20 years now and seen some really rude staff.

Terrible patient communication. We were not told we were supposed to arrive an hour early yet Alyssa insisted we were told and very rudely dismissed everything I told her. We drove over an hour to the office and she kept insisting we had to reschedule. As we waited to figure out what was going to happen 2 other patients were told they were also an hour late and both of them also told her they were never told to do so. Appointments and reminders should both be sent out for the time they need to be there not an hour afterwards... read more

Injured knee got in next day. The staff was very nice as was the doctor. I am very satisfied with my experience so far!

Kept waiting well past appointment time. hamburg office staff rude and sarcastic. For a broken bone you only get to see a PA, not a real doctor. Almost two weeks after injury and swelling is increasing not decreasing. Maybe it was set wrong?
