Lakeshores service department got pretty close with my family this summer when I was having some major issues with my 2016 Jeep patriot. They were always so friendly and easy to work with, they honored my warranty and never did any work before confirming with us first. As much as I wanted to trade my car in, now’s not a great time, but I will definitely be coming to them when I’m ready. PS ALWAYS GET THE WARRANTY
