We decided to purchase a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica from Lakeshore, and we couldn't be happier. Jerry, and his staff treated us like family right from the start. We were kept informed on every aspect of the vehicles progress as soon as if was programed to be built, and delivery of our new van was seamless. Jerry also sat down with us, inside the vehicle, and explained all the features. Nice staff, very professional, and I have no issue recommending this superior dealership to anyone.
Zach took care of us. Brought my 5 year old son with me who can’t sit still to save his life but Zach engaged him and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The sales manager was extremely nice as well. Definitely will be purchasing from Lakeshore again.
Service department sales guys told me one price over the phone to fix my vehicle .When I went to pick it up I was charged way more then agreed. If you go make sure to RECORD the phone call and make sure he tells you price loud and clear.
Ryan was my salesman. I bought a 2500 from him. He made the whole process super easy and quick! At first we were having trouble finding something in my price range but Ryan and the team got me where I needed to be in the truck I love! It only took about 30 mins to finsh up paperwork. This was my first time at Lake Shore but it won't be the last.
