Service department nothing but lies. Get all conversations in writing if they promise you anything because they won’t order the parts promised. Don’t take for oil changes either or tire rotation. Never rotated tires and when Jeep Wrangler calls for 5qts of oil use 6qts. Do better!

Lakeshore CDJR in Seaford is my go-to shop for any issues with my Dodge Ram or Jeep. Paul, the service manager, always tries his best to solve the problem at hand without a lot of unnecessary repairs or up charges. This past week my wife's Jeep started showing a check engine light, which had a code indicating a misfire was detected in cylinder number one. Once again, Lakeshore Jeep delivers superior service. Thanks to Paul, the service manager, who picked up my vehicle to service it when another dealership told me they would not be providing a loaner vehicle or transportation for me. Paul went above and beyond when he picked up the vehicle and ensured that it received superior service while in the Lakeshore service department. Thank you Paul and the Lakeshore service department for a job well done.
