First of all, there’s a dead link to their website. Harvey, who I think is the owner, took a ton of my personal information. Taxes, bank statements, ss #, etc. I had to continually call him to check his progress. He always needed more info, or told me he was just “waiting for that lender to call.” I sent him an email explaining that the house we wanted went contingent and he never responded!
