Not a good place to live in any sense of the word. Just drive through and ask anyone that’s not friends with management or owners. Owners are not based in NJ causing so many communication issues. Takes them months at a time to fix common things that are their responsibility to address. They will retaliate against you anyway they can find if they don’t like you for any reason.
