The most egregious park you can lay your eyes on… Between the dictators of management (Pam & Mike Gibbs) and the outrageous expectations of residents I understand why the residents feel they are constantly walking on eggshells. I presume Pam and Mike will see this and say “that’s how you run a good park!” To which I would have to say “at what expense?” None of your current resident mistreat the park and you still treat them horribly. An elderly restricted home park. Wonderfully manicured, clean and safe. I see periodic police patrols through; thanks to the Lincoln Township Police Department. A socially integrated residential community where neighbors friendly interact and watch out for each others' needs.
Place is very clean, yards look nice and homes are clean on exterior.
