An elderly restricted home park. Wonderfully manicured, clean and safe. I see periodic police patrols through; thanks to the Lincoln Township Police Department. A socially integrated residential community where neighbors friendly interact and watch out for each others' needs.
Place is very clean, yards look nice and homes are clean on exterior.
Very well kept
My mom has lived here for over 15 years. She loves it. When I visit, I find it well kempt, quiet and notably, quit sociable. The occupants watch out for each other without interfering with their privacy. A perfect retirement community with the autonomy of their own residences.
Small but very clean mobile home park. I don't live here but know a few people that do.
