Went into urgent care for a cough that was bad and I had had for 2 weeks and p.a. told me to go get zyrtec and said the cough was a leftover from the cold I had. Then my cough was so bad 4 days later I went to the er and the dr there took chest x rays and said it was pneumonia. Will never go there again.

Went in for Urgent care due to a neck injury. I felt a pop and heard it in my neck. I saw stars, and was unable to turn my head or move it up or down much. Was the doctors first day at that clinic, it was the RN's second day. They roomed me anx have me an icepack. After an hour the doctor came in before looking at me diagnosed it as a sprain. His exam of my neck consisted of touching it in 5 places, and having me squeeze his hands. He then spent 20 minutes looking for a shot of toradol and a C-Collar. Shouting at thr nurse "... read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC - False advertised and wrongly billed. They billed our insurance as a doctors visit instead of urgent care over a number of visits, and now we have around a thousand dollars in medical bills. 5 phones calls, 10 hours or more working on trying to correct this and refuse to bill correctly. I'll continue to warn anyone in the community to stay away from this place.
