Waited literal years for a family doctor. Have one now. This clinic has been amazing. Thanks so much.
They say on Google it’s a walk-in clinic but when you go there in person, they have noticing it is not a walk-in clinic anymore and if you call them, they don’t answer. They might be busy, which is understandable but at least update on Google Maps that you guys are not walk in clinic anymore
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC !! Very POOR Professionalism! They request my medical information without my authorization. Its take almost 2 hours to get a consultation so I decided to leave because travelling to vancouver to see my GP is a better option and faster. There was no line up when i was there. They promised to send me the USB with my medical information instead there giving me the run around. They' re so unprofessional they lost the USB and hung up the phone me. If I could give zero stars I would. They really don't care about patients mental health. Instead of helping the patient they blame the patient. Disgusting. Wow! Looks like I'm one of the MANY that have experienced this. As a business owner I would be looking at these reviews and implementing changes to the reception staff.
