If I could give zero stars I would. They really don't care about patients mental health. Instead of helping the patient they blame the patient. Disgusting. Wow! Looks like I'm one of the MANY that have experienced this. As a business owner I would be looking at these reviews and implementing changes to the reception staff. Every time I come the doctors are quick and very nice. 100% recommended
Come to this walk-in clinic and get treated like GARBAGE!! The front desk lady (one out of the two) has the worst attitude and bedside manners I've ever seen. This lady has a vengeance against completely polite and respectful individuals checking in. I can't tell if she is uninformed or she was intentionally withholding information but I felt mortified to interact with her for just asking for information on what services are performed at the walk-in clinic. I wouldn't recommend this walk-in clinic to anyone.
