I scheduled a massage via their text option and was told they could fit me in at 4:45 pm the same day. I responded immediately (this was in the morning) but went to the wrong location at 4:45 as I had googled “massages in Muskegon “ but the location was Grand Haven. When I arrived at the Muskegon location they sent me to Grand Haven. When I arrived there 15 minutes later, they said “Heather isn’t here” (I had only received messages from Janelle).
