I've now spent 2 hours trying to make an appointment. I've been told by their scheduling company that they don't make appointments for Lakeshore. They directed me back to Lakeshore directly, who told me I have to call that number for an appointment and they can't help. I called back and another person from the scheduling company told me they've been closed for a year now.
