BEWARE LAKESHORE LODGING! To rent a condo there, you must pay 100% by check up front. If you arrive and the unit is completely unacceptable (as happened to a recent traveler), you are out of luck. They will not move you to another unit, they will not refund any portion of your money. Read their web site carefully - there is NOTHING there about customer service or making sure you are satisfied. There is no guarantee or "if anything's wrong, we'll make it right" statement. Once they have your money, they are finished with you.
Gorgeous Vacation Rentals! Great for our family vacation. – We love west Michigan's lakeshore and were happy to find a company that offers "premiere" rentals for the area. They had a lot of good quality choices for us. Many of the other companies doing rentals in the area did not have the same type of home Lakeshore Lodging had.
