Unethical - charged $125 for damages they say occurred during our stay 19+ days ago. No call, just an email from Allison. The property was in perfect condition upon leaving. Beware for charges that might come weeks after leaving. Insist on a walk through inspection with management before checkout. Better yet, just don't rent from Avocet.
I don't know who it was, but somebody put their catalog online. They have a virtual brochure online so you don't have to look around for everything. It's great.
Alan Holden has been great for us, there was one house we rented for two or three years in a row and it was very nice. Since then we've been going to different houses, and it's a great way to go to the beach and have different views of it each time. Very satisfied!
Worst consumer policies EVER! – No matter if you cancel your reservation of they cancel your reservation you still have to pay the reservation fee thats a bunch of bull! i made a reservation an had to move our reservation due to an unforseen work schedule NOT CANCEL an they said since i was MOVING my reservation it would infact CANCEL my reservation so i had no other choice but to pay the 45 dollar CANCELATION FEE.
