Had a cable break on my hoist, and it was kind of an emergency situation as the boat was half in and half out of the water. Called numerous places without successfully finding somebody to repair the hoist and replace the cable. Miles and crew had it fixed in no time. I just tried the hoist for the first time a few minutes ago and it works like a dream. Better than it was before the cable broke! The dock and lift look so great. Lakeshore’s team arrived early and stayed late to make sure it was both done correctly and timely. They even figured out a great way to ensure we didn’t create a home for snakes!
