My experience with Mike Smith and Lakeshore Innovations was one of the best I have ever had. I own and older Shore Station Boat Hoist. With my boat on the hoist it quite working. I called Mike and over the phone he helped me diagnose the possible issues. We got the hoist working but I could not get the remote control to work. I drove to his office to seek his advise.
