I need to replace return air ductsand heating ducts.Asbestos removed and wanted to do A/C put in. Before I contacted Lakeshore Heating I contacted 3 different companies over a week before I called Lakeshore. The 3 companies NEVER responded back with an estimate. Lakeshore heating gave me an estimate for everything including an electrician they work with!!!! I did have to get someone else to remove the Asbestos. I called Lakeshore Restoration for that. Fantastic job, and very respectful of our property. (Even with two small curious puppies, they handled it with grace) Great communication and very thorough.
Furnace went out over winter, had an immediate response from Cory for an estimate. Nikki kept in touch to ensure communication and a quick install. Dale and Casey were here for the install and were very professional, explaining the process and install. They cleaned up when done, walked me through how to get the most out of the new furnace, and made sure to answer any questions. This is an impressive business, from the initial response, to office staff, to installers...they all ROCK! Thank you everyone!
