Very good experience with Dr. Goldberg and staff.
Found this office back in late 2021 and was thrilled with how fast I could get an appointment with the doctor who is actively leaving the practice now. She is lovely and my issue was not really with her. Sometime over the last year something shifted and it was all of a sudden next to impossible to get a hold of anyone, let alone make an appointment. I went to see the doctor regarding a stomach issue. The MA was rude and wrote down wrong vital information. I was prescribed a medication that was way too expensive. I told them that I couldn’t afford it, took them a week to respond to that. The doctor stated he would ask the staff to contact the drug manufacturer for samples. This was on 11/6/23 still have not heard from them. I will find another doctor.
Would be 5 stars if you could actually get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. Hold times go north of one hour. If you try to leave a message, you will not get a callback. My last attempt to leave a message has gone unanswered for the past 8 days. The reaction you get when trying to ask the front desk why this is is just a shrug. Do I need to drive for an hour to physically come in to schedule an appointment?
