Emily is an incredible host! She is empathetic, supportive, knowledgeable and cultivates an amazing experience for all those on the retreat with her. She organizes an amazing schedule with enough free time for you to immerse into the culture and location, reflecting on your experiences and also exploring in your own if you wish! This was my first retreat and could not have asked for a better experience ☺️
emily is a phenomenal instructor & retreat host. everything is so well thought out and perfectly planned. you can feel her love and passion—it’s an honour to practice with her and to join her on a retreat!
Emily is an incredibly talented and skilled yoga teacher. She brings an amazing energy to all her classes, is incredibly patient and highly encouraging. You’ll leave the class full of good vibes and you’ll have improved your poses under her guidance. If you are able to book a class w her, I highly recommend it! She’s available virtually, too! Thank you, Emily!! 10/10 would recommend.
