Great gym. Huan is a skilled trainer. If you are looking for a gym in Summerland go talk to him.
I’m not much of a ‘gym guy’ so I approached Lakeshore Fitness with some trepidation. But Huan and his team are super-friendly and engaging, and Huan is a first-rate trainer! He puts real focus and attention into his programs, he’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. There’s lots of equipment, tons of space and the team shows pride in what they’re doing. Been going for months now… Great place!
