It's been over 90 days since Tom, the owner cashed the first check I wrote and signed an agreement with me to install a fiberglass pool. Since then it's been delay after delay, with the owner always talking down to me like I don't understand the construction business or that I don't understand the pool installation business. I had Lakeshore install our fiberglass pool over last winter, and they did it in the middle of our new home build. There team did a wonderful job, and the communication and follow up from Tom and Eddie was top notch. We were highly pleased with our end product and their entire crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They worked around our home build and a lot of chaos, and were very cooperative. Lakeshore Pools/Tom Rodenborn (owner) installed our fiberglass pool in 2008. We chose fiberglass over other pool types for well-documented reasons. Before starting the process with Lakeshore Pools I checked reviews and spoke with several of Tom’s former clients. I found nothing negative and everyone I spoke with spoke very highly of Tom and his crew.
