I typically book morning appointments. They're always running late, even at 830 or 9 am. Woman who checked me in asked odd questions about my child who was with me. He isn't a patient there but she was asking questions that made it seem like she was gathering his info in their system. Made me very uncomfortable. The final straw is when they quoted some minor cosmetic work. I clarified and asked if that was all it would cost was since I knew it was cosmetic and insurance wouldn't cover it. Efficient and professional. Hygienist kept me informed the entire time about what she was doing. I have had other procedures done here and have been pleasant each time.
