Absolutely terrible experience. My appointment was for 8:30am. I was told that Dr. Sharma usually rolls in around 9. I didn’t leave the office until after 10 am. I was the first scheduled appointment of the day. Several people were taken back before me.I made the appointment to have my broken glasses fixed, but they said I was due for an eye exam as well. I have been there before and gotten glasses there. Once I did make it back for my yearly eye exam, Dr. Sharma welcomed me aboard when I am an already established patient. ... read more
New patient appointment today, everyone was kind and pleasant!! Very little wait time. Office was clean and nice. I saw the reviews about rude employees. I did not have that experience. Maybe they re-staffed?
This place is an absolute mess. Just canceled my wife's and my appointment. This was a second chance to This place a couple years ago as a new customer they never ordered my glasses. Messed up my contact order also shocked they are still in business. Looking at the reviews you need to regroup refocus and decide if you want to remain in business
WORST BUSINESS EVER, rude receptionists, totally unprofessional , can’t transfer calls, tell you when you can.come in for pick up like this is the only thing going on in your life, SUPPOSEDLY RECORD CALLS, why would they need to do that, tell you glasses they order are tight when they are not, yell at you, insult you if they can’t get you to cooperate to their satisfaction, total disorganization, in office fighting……NEVER AGAIN
