Very welcoming and professional. The dentist performed a root canal and explained the process each step of the way. Very positive experience and I would refer anyone to this office.
Dr. Hoyo was a true professional and gentleman. You can tell as he works, that you are in the hands of a very experienced doctor. He is so good that other dentists around the area have trained under him and use his techniques - including mine. During my root canal he made sure I was comfortable and numb the entire time and was very empathetic with me. No pain, afterwards. Dr. Claudia and her Assistant were extraordinary! Kind, compassionate, clinically exceptional and warm. Dr. Claudia took the time to fully listen to me and to explain what she was going to do. I was very nervous but she and her assistant put me at ease and had a lovely sense of humor that eased the tension. I highly recommend this practice should you require a root canal.
