I had a great experience. I had a referral from my primary. Lakeshore contacted me, set up an appointment for the next week, texted me the preregistration link and location information. The appointment was thorough, informative, and treatment was efficient.
This place horrible when I call them, and message they busy after that lady she call me back I just said something for my son she don’t said anything and she turn off phone. I try call back and send my messages they don’t call me back , they horrible service why this place got some worker like that , I very upset.
They don’t answer calls and they won’t even send in your medicine after your appointment
Avoid this place with all your resolve. Rude. Demeaning. Didn't even do a complete exam. Can tell they are probably a lawsuit (failed diagnosis) away from being defunct. That's probably why their rating is a 2.
