Quick appointments! Easy check in and out. Great staff front and back all very friendly. Hate the dentist but experience was painless as they promised.
Have had nothing short of a pleasant experience every time Ive gone in. The entire staff is amazing, but I want to give a special shoutout to Victoria. I’ve had dental anxiety for years now, and was very nervous about my initial visit at Lakeshore. Victoria made me feel so comfortable and was really patient with answering my questions.
Needed a tooth pulled same day and they were the only ones in the city willing to help. I walked in at 9 and was walking out with the extraction by 11. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and not trying to push added on expenses.
Great staff and welcoming environment. They were patient with me throughout my procedure and gentle. I had a great experience.
Everyone is very professional and kind. We love this place!
