This office is spacious and well-appointed. The Reception staff and office manager are professional and extremely competent. I felt confident attending this dental office (I am a new patient). Dr. Olczyk quickly analyzed my issue and strove to solve the problem (it wasn't simple). The dental assistant was calming, reassuring and attentive. The hygienist was excellent – thorough, friendly, and professional. The dentist, however, left a lot to be desired. I waited 15 minutes before she showed up, got told I needed a root canal with zero explanation of why or what it involved, and the whole appointment felt rushed and dismissive. Communication and bedside manner matter, and this experience was seriously lacking.
