The process of dealing with problems in our build has been disappointing. 1. While a lot of materials are high grade there are small corners cut. 2. The fridge didn’t function properly and getting this addressed took months. 3. The biggest issue has been the air conditioning. It simply does not function as would be expected for a luxury home. Chris is as straightforward as they come which is what you want when building something as personal as a home. My wife and I have been very thankful for how much ownership he takes in the process and willingness to go above and beyond to do the right thing and help us achieve our goals. We've been very thankful for his support and would definitely use him if building another property!
