Emailed them a month ago and was told they’d get back to schedule an appointment, nothing. emailed them a few days ago again. Still nothing. Called today, got sent to voicemail and was told they would call back in the order they got the calls. Still nothing. Disappointed to say the least.
The honest-to-God truth: I came here to have three teeth pulled, ouch, right? Maybe, but the care for the patient is so obvious that it was like a security blanket. These are not robots, these are real, compassionate and precise experts in their field and I could never have been in better hands. This is the dental practice I wish I'd always had. This place is AMAZING!!!! first off all dentists and assistants wear well-fitting masks (receptionists do not) Dr. Ordonez and Kim paired up to give me the best dental experience I've had in my life. I've had some bad ones and they were very sensitive to my needs, accommodating, and trauma-informed. Highly recommend! This clinic also offers sliding scale medical care. So glad I found them. Thank you. 🩷
