The two Hoa's are terrible.
Great location ducks and turtles. Nice paths. Pools, exercise room and pickleball courts.
My friends live here and I love that it's on the lake. I actually live right next door and wish my family would move here. We are coming up on our lease and will be looking at all options. I walk my dog around the lake and through the complex and when I run into people they are super nice and I've also ran into a few workers whom are super nice as well. They seem to have their amenities available to their renters unlike Soleil we've have no gym or pool for over 6 months.
