I didn’t respond fast enough to the rental listing after I asked if it was still available and so the agent decided to be rude and tell me that I’m wasting her time even though I’m a single mom with two kids and a full-time job absolutely rude and disgusting attitude for somebody who’s trying to rent an apartment. I don’t know if it was an independent realtor, but I would not rent here because if you don’t respond, they go quick to anger
Moving into Lakeshore Apartments has been the absolute best and most enjoyable experience I have ever had, moving into a new place. We all know how stressful moving is, but Missy and the rest of her team made it such an easy and cordial process. This place feels like a little oasis, so peaceful and well kept. I had one small maintenance issue (I'm used to having at least 3 or 4 when moving into a new place) and it was nothing serious. It’s a good place to stay at but it has bugs almost everywhere in the apartments and has a hornet nest by the stairs and people have been stung if someone has a allergy they could loose their life the the spray a lot but it’s just a problem at this point they charge way to much for rent it’s honestly ridiculous, the landlord is kind though. Thankfully I’m glad they do spray the pool is spacious and never that busy.. a few creeps in the building though I’ve definitely caught some people staring in a weird way. I rented the same unit they have listed @1265 for 875 2 years ago. I broke my lease to move out due to the German cockroach infestation. You've been warned about this place. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Sweet residents but bad German cock roach problem.
