The floors are too slippery for my dog who is on seizure meds and struggles with his footing. Vending coffee machine needs a significant upgrade particularly the hot chocolate. Should use fresh milk in the beverage
I am beyond devastated by my experience at this hospital. I brought my beloved dog, Rocco, here because I trusted this team to help him. Instead, he underwent the recommended procedure and never came home. Losing him has been the most traumatic experience of my life. What made it even worse was the complete lack of compassion and communication afterward.
