First time here since moving! Very Happy! It's NOT owned by an international corporation but actual local people. They were very gentle with my cat and he is doing fine. There's nothing worse than the stress of a sick furbaby. I feel like finding an honest vet who actual cares is rarer now. You never let go.
This clinic failed to honor a free voucher they committed to providing. When I attempted to use it, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. If a business offers something, they should stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not the case here, and it left me feeling misled. I won’t be returning and I do not recommend.
