Absolutely no compassion for the family members they should take care of, or the pet parents. In fact the owner frequently denies that actual bad reviews are from "real" clients. This place is the absolute worst. Rude, unprofessional, threatening.
I never imagined that I would be writing a negative review for my vet but here we are. The office staff is n. My vet was no familiar with my dogs diagnosis and gave me the option of reaching out to the Veterinary Eye Institute for a second opinion. She told me that if the steroid they prescribed turned out to be the same as what the information she Googled said, she could take over with treating my dog -- but she wanted me to go to the Eye Institute because they may have other methods of treating my dog's condition. I have gone to Lakeshore Animal Clinic for more years than I can remember. I am now taking my third yellow Lab here. I have gone through many staff and different veterinarian doctors. I have spent thousands of dollars here for my beloved dogs. I have no problem whatsoever with paying for my dogs health needs. Unfortunately, Lakeshore has no loyalty to their long standing customers. My dog had an emergency today and when I called this morning I was told no we can't see him today or even tomorrow.
