Receptionist stated nurse practitioner refused to give me a 15 minute excuse for being late because I was the last patient of the day. I’ve never been treated with such non customer service in my life. I was told the doctor had left for the day and my appointment was at 4:15. I arrived 10 minutes late and she had left already. I was only asking for bloodwork. Office manager doesn’t work or live in Columbus so you can NEVER get your problem resolved. Unprofessionalism.
