Do not bring your boat here if you want it fixed!!!! I made the mistake of bringing my boat in to have the carburetor rebuilt, but it ran worse after I picked it up than it did before the service. Despite returning the boat to have the issue resolved, it remains unfixed. Furthermore, I found the customer service throughout this process to be extremely unacceptable. Given this experience, I would never recommend your services to others.
Brought in a snowblower that wouldn't start. Final bill was $35 as it only needed a new spark plug. They could have charged me 10x that amount and I would have been none the wiser as I simply wanted it fixed. Integrity matters and Lakes and Trails demonstrated that they indeed have it!!
pd 3,000.00 for boat repair and was told it was readyI .Took it to lake to try it out and it started and was idleling so fast it would not go into gear.When i did finally get it in gear it would not go back into nuetral so i got it back to boat landing and called the shop and was told to drop it off.I dropped it off and it sat there for 3 more weeks and they never looked at it so i went and got it and took it somewhere else to be fixed.
